1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before the order is shipped: We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • After the order is processed or shipped, Cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then submit a return request.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Reasons for return:
    • If you are not satisfied or change your mind.
    • If the product is defective or an error was made on our part (wrong size, color, or model).
Return Shipping Costs:
  • The customer is responsible, except in cases of defect or error by us.
Return Process:

3. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Before shipping: Address can be corrected.
  • After shipping: We are not responsible. If the package is returned, the customer can choose:

    2. Reshipment: At the customer’s expense.
