1. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and there are no hidden fees or handling charges at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

To ensure transparency, our delivery process is divided into two clear steps:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (IST), Monday – Friday
  • Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday), including order verification, quality checking, and packaging
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday), the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your item after dispatch

Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Indian bank holidays.

3. Our Trusted Carriers

We partner with reliable Indian courier services to ensure your package arrives safely. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of the order to ensure the most efficient delivery experience.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package in real-time via the carrier’s official tracking portal.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@vaali.co.in. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.

Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work closely with the carrier to investigate the situation and ensure a resolution for you.
